Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America." An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.
90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent -- but not crushing -- hop flavor.

served in pint glass. (After pouring and tasting, I saw that the brewer recommends a snifter).
Crystal clear golden hue, with moderate off-white head. Head has average retention, although the ample carbonation makes for a long-lasting top coat.
This is an intensely hoppy beer with a very high IBU (90!). It has a readily detectable malt component, but only enough to slightly counter the hops, leaving a pronounced bitterness. Hop flavor starts piney and ends with grapefruit. Nice hoppy finish and aftertaste.
Aroma, is fresh and floral, with piney hops dominating.
High ABV is partially hidden.
An extreme beer for hop-heads only.
