Haven't had this in over a year.

Pours out a deep orange with yellow hues, perfectly clear and about 2 fingers of fluffy, off-white head.

The aroma is pretty subtle. There are notes of grassy, piney and earthy hops along with some citrus notes. There is a slightly sweet smell to it along with toffee and caramel malt notes.

The taste is also kind of subtle. There is the brief hop burst up front with grassy, piney hop notes some slight citrus sweetness and it has caramel malt notes near the back. Very, very balanced and it finishes very dry and pretty bitter although the sweetness helps.

The body is medium and there is a creamy mouthfeel. Can't taste or smell any alcohol.

Not a bad beer at all, but I prefer my Imperial IPAs to be more aggressive and less malty. If you like IPAs though give this a shot.
