Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America." An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.
90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent -- but not crushing -- hop flavor.

About a finger of head on a cloudy, medium straw colored body.
The aroma is a wonderful mixture of apricot, lemon and orange.
Well, the taste certainly passes the 90 minutes of hop boil and healthy dose of malt, which balances nicely. Big and bold, though the bitterness seems to be deadened a little bit. Finishes with a mild sweet note.
The texture is crisp with a thickness to it. Moderate carbonation.
