The poured out as a nice looking brownish amber color with a tan colored head on top. The smell of the beer had some wooden aromas along with some sweet malts too. The taste of the beer was decent but nothing too exciting. The flavors of sweet malts and some wood but nothing else really stood out too much. The mouthfeel was creamy and smooth. Overall it's not a bad brew but I felt that it could have been better.
