Growler from firkin from Beervana fest.
Very light head hazy maple brown color.
Nose of nice sour mash, light malts, a bit of tart fruits and light bitter grassy herbal hop, and slight buttery oak.
Taste is creamy and toasty malts to start. Light sour mash flavor. Light tart fruit flavors and sour berry. Light oxidation flavor but that's prolly from my growler. Bit of chewy malts. Some light bitter grassy hops and very slight astringent bitter flavor. A bit of that earthy herbal UK style hops i dont like as much. Light sticky and flemy and sweet finish lingering sour malts and tart fruits.
Mouth is med lightly syrupy and very little carb.
Drinkability is ok light sticky syrupy feel and flemy finish. Light oxidation and that herbal hop flavor I don't like.

On-tap 10/13/2010 at Julian's in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a bright reddish brown color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains tart fruit, light malts, some spice and a touch of hops.
T: The taste starts with a mildly sour burst of tart fruit (cherries & grapes) followed by a hearty but not too heavy malt character. There's a mild hops presence and a little creaminess in the background creating a good balance. The after-taste is tart and slightly sweet.
M: Smooth and very crisp, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
D: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a less harsh sour ale than most, but it's certainly worth drinking for a long time if you're in the mood for that.
