12 oz poured into pint glass.

A- Pours a cloudy amber color with a two-finger fluffy white head.

S- Aroma has a nice biscuit malt and citrus and pine hops.

T- Very hop forward, slight bitterness, subtle malt in the finish.

M- Medium to light with good carbonation.

D- On it's own, a good beer, easy to drink and enjoy. To be a stickler, seems hops dominate a bit too much for a pale ale (I'm a hophead, so I'm not complaining) without the malt balance.

Served on-tap at Harpoon Brewery Beer Hall in Boston, MA

A: Pours a hazy golden amber in color with moderate amounts of gentle visible carbonation and some copper + orange highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a medium thick cap in the center of the beer along with some thin film covering the majority of the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of pale and caramel malts, honey, and floral hops. Light hints of grassy hops as well.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of pale and caramel malts which lend just a hint of sweetness along with the honey. Then there are moderate to strong (and slightly aggressive) flavors of floral and grassy hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slight hints of dryness in the finish.

O: I found this one to be enjoyable but just slightly lacking in some way...the hop flavors almost tasted like they were slightly stale. I found the beer to be refreshing and it would likely go down very easily on a hot summer afternoon.
