I had this on tap at Belgium comes to Cooperstown '09. Served chilled in a tulip. The unique ingredient in the saison as noted on the tap handle is caraway.

A - Bright lemon shade w/ 1 1/2 finger white head w/ tight bead and spotty lace.

S - A citrusy lemony odor with hint of spice and juicy sour odors the underlying aroma is medicinal/astringent

M - Dry sour and nutty w/ mild malt feel. The yeasty sour aspect gives a juicy acidity

T - A strange caraway taste rides above the lemony and acidic flavor w/ toasty malt and mildly phenolic yeast w/ dry and nutty finish. The contrast between somewhat sour yeastiness and spice(caraway) adds an odd licorice hint as it finishes.

D - Queer as the flavor matchup(picture lemonade with carway)is I still couldn't put this down. It is a mostly quaffable saison on the sour end of the spectrum.
