Notes:
Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White Unfiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

Appears a cloudy haze of straw colored gold with a small white cap that slowly faded into a gentle cap and collar. Dotty bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of light wheat, orange peel, earthy notes, and gentle spicing.
Taste is of the aromas with a freshly cracked wheat flavor. A tad bland but refreshing.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, spritzy, crisp, and dry.

I was excited to see this newly available in cans just in time for the first glimpse summer in Vermont. And, while I had tried it once before in bottle form, it was admittedly forgettable.
Anyway, here goes:
A: Although my preference was to drink from the can, the one I did pour was hazy, golden, and quite attractive.
S: Orange and yeast dominant.
T: Much more orange/citrus heavy than any other wit I've had. I didn't like it much at first, but it grew on me after having the third or fourth.
M: Not overly watery, unfiltered, and extremely refreshing.
O: As some have said, it would be unfair and unreasonable to expect this to be on par with some of the other, much more expensive wit's available out there. In fact the only two other commercially-available wits that I would prefer to this are limited to 4-packs usually priced upwards of $10. That being said, the very fact that such a decent, refreshing wit can be found in cans for under $15 is fantastic. And, quite frankly, if you're looking for an above-average warm-weather beer that beats your average "summer ale", UFO White is a fantastic option.

This beer isn't meant to reviewed in depth. There's not enough going on with regards to depth and complexity to make anything anyone says matter.
It's an alternative to big-box light beers - ideal for the summer. In that regard, it's a great beer.

A - Cloudy yellow pour with a foamy head. Lacing is in streaking rings on the glass.
S - Strong lemon\citrus notes, and some scent of light grains.
T - Light drinking beer with a tartness throughtout the taste. Some wheat notes and a hint of spice. A solid thrist quencher.
M - Very sessionable and perfect for those hot summer afternoons. Leaves a puckering finish and feels light.
O - Just a solid beer, and likely an underrated one at that.
