A belgian white style beer from France, brewed at over 200 meter altitude, and seemed to have been rewarded recently as best in this beer style (world beer awards - but i guess that was over in 2015).
Poured at around 6 degrees celcius, poured in a tulip glass, pours cloudy, straw yellow with a one finger head, disolving quite fast. Medium bubble carbonation.
Small, malty, bready, with some herbiness (the coriandre).
Taste follows smell with some tanginess of the oranges.
Malt tones milder than the smell suggests.
Mouth feel, fresh and light, carbonation tickles the tongue.
No bitter after taste.
At 4.7% a very drinkable beer.

Light yellow. Pretty soapy looking. No strong smell. Still smells fresh tho. Thick fresh unique flowery taste. A bit sweet. Almost no bitterness. Pretty good beer.

750 ml capped bottle, with swingtop for resealing. From Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Nice witbier aroma with notes of citrus and coriander. Light bodied. Refreshing flavour, a slight sweetness, citrus and moderate coriander. Very moderate hops. Might well buy again, a typical summer beer.

33cl bottle.
L: Hazy, dark orange colour with a few streams of bubbles rising to a thin, short-lived head.
S: Lots of coriander and orange peel, plus a hint of bubblegum.
T: Coriander, banana, orange.
F: Moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, dry-ish finish.
O: Easy-drinking wit. Not terrible. Not outstanding.

Nice hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is sweet with lemon and vanilla notes. Taste starts also sweet and lemony but it also has an off putting medicinal flavor. Light body with medium carbonation. It has good but also bad flavors, I am not really enjoying it.
