355ml bottle purchased and consumed in the Czech Republic.
Clear amber body is capped by a modest but durable off-white head
Aroma: Sweet, light and medium toasted malts with a faint herbal-spicy hop background.
An unexpectedly rich chocolate malt flavor, with a striking chocolate note in the excellent finish.
M - Creamy; excellent carbonation; medium body.
O - a super-tasty and smooth Czech amber. Highly recommended.

A: Looks like a low carbonation cream soda, barely a head, transparent
S: Also cream soda-ish, but with more molasses with a mild malt.
T: Almost sour, leaning toward sour, bland,
M: slight fuzz of carbonation, almost mouth puckering
O: Not so great.

Poured at a good temperature with a modest, cream-colored, fine head that settled to a spotty coverr and some lace. Color is a very clear orange brown with some nice bubble trails. Aroma is very mild - a little malt and a hint toffee. Flavor's like nose but much fuller: slight malt sweet with some good carbonic tang in front, then a hint of butter, a little bitter especially towards the end. Body and carbonation are decent. Finish is like flavor, of average length, and overall serviceable, but would be a lot better without that butter thing.

It has a red body but the head and lace disappear very quickly. The aroma is very malty which is weird because the flavor is not. The flavor is bitter and hoppy. There is a bit of a sour fruitiness but it is mainly bitter. The after taste is almost like rhubarb. The body is on the higher end of thin.

Bottle sample thanks to Milos.A deep amber body crowned with a slightly off white cap. Bready nose has caramel, cereal, figs. Quite sweet with a medium bitterness that makes this fairly drinkable. Medium bodied, creamy, lengthy sweet finish. Thanks again Milos!

Brought home from the recent trip to Czech Republic. Deep-golden to light amber body is capped by mid-sized, persistent off-white head that sticks to the walls. The nose exhibits Vienna malt sweetness with light toasty notes and faint herbal-spicy (Saaz?) hops underneath.Flavor is light malty sweetness counterbalanced by hops providing relatively dry finish, followed by pleasant hop-bitter, herbal, mild-spicy aftertaste that lasts. No roasted or strong caramel notes, as it should be. Medium-light, moderately carbonated crispy body with gentle creaminess. (330 ml with freshness date 17.July 2011 , into the mug.)
