I have another question or issue with my tickets.

Again: NO refunds. NO exchanges/transfers. NO exceptions.
My name or someone else's name appears on all of my tickets. Is this OK?

GENERAL

How do I get to the venue?
The Seaport World Trade Center is located at 200 Seaport Blvd, Boston, MA. You can take the MBTA Silver Line directly to the World Trade Center Station or take a quick walk from South Station off of the MBTA Red Line.
What are the event times?
Doors open at the begining time, beer stops at the ending time. Attendees are encouraged to queue in line up to a half an hour before doors open.
How many people will be at the event?
Our current capacity is 5,000 attendees per session.
Are there any differences between sessions?
For the most part the beer line-ups will be the same, however all beers are subject to change and availability.
Will there be food at the fest?
Yes. For an additional cost, the Seaport World Trade Center will be selling food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Do you have a floor plan listing where the brewers will be?
Yes. Our official fest guide will have a map with a list of brewers and their booth numbers. The guide is available for free at the fest.
Will there be parking?
We don't recommend that you drive to the fest, but you can park your car in the Seaport Garage or one of the many nearby lots if necessary.
Can I bring a bag or backpack?
All bags/carrying items will be subject to search. Backpacks are not allowed. Security will have the final say on all items brought into the fest.
Will there be a coat or bag check?
No. There is not coat or bag check at this fest.
Do you offer a Designated Driver program?
We don't. We feel that DD programs promote abstinence vs. responsible drinking. We recommend that all fest attendees plan accordingly, drink in moderation, and use public transportation to get to your final destination safely. Boston is also a great city with plenty to offer your non-drinking friend while they wait for you during the fest.
Are children allowed?
No. This is a 21+ w/ valid ID event. No minors due to venue safety concerns. This includes newborns, infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, or any other variation of someone under 21.
Can I buy beer at the fest?
No. It's illegal for brewers to sell (and giveaway) beer at the fest.
Can I bring beer (to trade) to the fest?
No. Doing so will raise security and legal issues that could result in confiscation of the beer and your being asked to leave the fest.
I would like to distribute info or product at your fest.
Any form of soliciting will result in your immediate removal from the fest and/or disposal of related materials.
